Crystalfit was created to help with the problem of "where can I get my watch repaired". It's difficult to find a watchmaker on the staff of most jewelry stores. And even more so to find one who can cut and set a watch crystal / lens / glass / face or repair a mechanical watch.

Crystal Prices

Our crystals (also referred to as lenses, glass or faces) are available only as installed. This means you will need to send us the entire watch (what we recommend to ensure crystal fits properly with hands and dial), the watch case or, at the very least, the watch bezel. As our about us page details, we can accommodate just about any watch with a crystal.

Why Do We Only Sell Installed Crystals?

So why wouldn't we sell uninstalled or "loose" crystals so that you could replace the crystal in your watch?

Many crystals (particulary on vintage watches) require a bit of "fine tuning" to get the perfect fit.
Other factors (such as your watch with replacement hands that sit higher or are longer than the factory spec) may require a different kind of crystal than anticipated for the watch to work properly.
Many watches didn't have a specific stock crystal made - so replacements must be cut from "blanks". A process with which we have become very experienced.
