Services
Crystalfit was created to help with the problem of "where can I get my watch repaired". It's difficult to find a watchmaker on the staff of most jewelry stores. And even more so to find one who can cut and set a watch crystal / lens / glass / face or repair a mechanical watch.
With over 20 years of experience in repairing and restoring watches, we can resolve your watch problems.
Whether you live in New York City or small town in Kansas, you can trust that we have the knowledge, skill and experience to make your timepiece look and perform its best.

Crystal Shapes
There are an extraordinary variety of crystal (also referred to as lens, glass or face) shapes. This because we must take into account not only width and length, but also the contours and curves associated with the top and bottom sides. To determine your crystal shape, we must first find how the top and bottom are formed. Then we can determine the width and length (or profile) of your crystal.
Note: We are always in the market to buy quality watch crystals! If you are ready to part company with your watch crystals please contact us and we will be happy to discuss.

*A cylinder crystal when viewed from the bottom has a vertical wall. Almost all plastics are cylinder. Almost all glass crystals have a flat edge but a few were made like the plastics.
Crystal Profiles
Once you have determined the top and bottom shape you can then combine this information with the profile, or, what the outline of the crystal is as you look at it from above. The outlines shown below are some of the many used for watch crystals (also referred to as lenses, glass or faces). However, this list is definitely not all inclusive. To find the exact crystal to fit your watch, please email us and we will be happy to help you find the correct crystal. Chances are very good that we have the crystal in stock.
