We reserve the right to remove or edit content and refuse service at our discretion.

Shipping

We will attempt to ship all merchandise within two business days of purchase unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to mishandling by USPS, UPS, FedEx or other means of shipping.

Returns - Loose (Uninstalled) Crystals

We are all familiar with the phrase "you break it, you bought it". This is particularly applicable with crystal fitting. It is a delicate process and often requires “fine tuning” where a damaged crystal can result. So unfortunately, we must maintain a no returns / no refunds policy on all loose (ie, crystals not installed by Crystalfit) crystals.

Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.

User Warranty

In placing an order, you warrant that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.
