Crystal Types
The variety of crystals (also referred to as lens, glass or face) is huge. This because we must take into account not only the shape, but also the type. And that is determined by the contours and curves associated with the top and bottom sides.
Below are a few samples of the types of crystal tops and bottoms.

*A cylinder crystal when viewed from the bottom has a vertical wall. Acrylic crystals are often cylinder. Glass crystals generally have a flat edge (ie, not a cylinder).
